b. They must supply us with two customer testimonials which we reserve the right to check. These customers 
   must have worked with the provider for at least a year.


Why do I have to put my details in on the front page?

Without registration we would not know who you are. We need to know who our visitors are so that we can contact you if required, mainly to maintain the quality of our feedback system. If we did not have a registration process then anyone could post feedback about provider performance (including the providers). This would be open to abuse.


Why do you put providers into categories such as "Micro-Small Business 1-9"?

Businesses of different sizes have different preferences and requirements. For example, a small business with five staff is more price sensitive than a larger customer with thirty or forty staff, and they are happy to trade off instant attention for cheaper services. As such, we place providers into different customer size categories that reflect who they can service the best.


What is earnings rank?

Providers earn earnings rank points for customers that they acquire. Points accrued by providers form a tally that is used to rank providers within their category. Generally speaking the more earnings rank the more business has been acquired by the provider.


What happens after I search?

You create your project, which you can send to whichever provider you like. We phone or email you post sale to collect your feedback. You can send provider info to a friend or add it to your hotlist for future reference.


I have an emergency, can I just pick up the phone without registering?

The provider's phone number is displayed after you register and activate your account - a one off process that only takes about a minute. You can contact them directly after posting your project if you need to.

If you dont register you can't leave feedback and you lose the one "string in your bow" that empowers you to receive better service. If a provider recommends that you dont register or leave feedback we strongly recommend that you run in the opposite direction, and then let us know.
